Meet the New Leaders: Ben Holcombe and Jason Gzym

Ben Holcombe steps into the role of Vice President of Sales for the Americas with a mission to drive new customer growth through multichannel sales and business development. Ben brings with him over 15 years of leadership experience, most recently from Delinea, where he led multiple go-to-market teams and served as Vice President of Field Sales. His deep relationships with key national VAR partners and proven track record in sales leadership make him a valuable asset to Pathlock.

Jason Gzym, the newly appointed Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Customer Advisory, will lead teams dedicated to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by customers, prospects, and partners. With a rich background that includes senior product and strategy positions at Saviynt, as well as roles at OpenText, NetIQ, and Novell, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His practitioner experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting identity programs for large institutions such as Trinity Health and Michigan Medicine further underscores his expertise.
