Flemington, New Jersey, Aug. 24, 2021 — Pathlock, the leading provider of unified access orchestration, has been recognized among the fastest-growing private companies in America. The Inc. 5000 list is a distinguished editorial award, celebrating thriving and innovative private companies throughout America. Pathlock was recognized for their 80% overall growth over a three-year period. This prestigious accolade is a testament to how rapidly the application security leader is expanding its global presence and refining its positioning in the market.
In March of this year, Pathlock announced a $20 million strategic growth round led by Vertica Capital Partners. The funding is being used to bolster R&D and develop more capabilities to enhance its insider threat prevention platform. In addition, the company unveiled version 5.0 of its flagship solution, which enforces 360-degree protection enabling zero trust for more than 140 enterprise applications. Pathlock continues to build momentum in the access control space, delivering exceptional results and closing multiple deals with Fortune 100 enterprises.
“We are honored to be listed on the Inc. 5000 list this year,” said Kevin Dunne, President at Pathlock. “As we continue our strategic expansion, we remain committed to supporting organizations on their journey to zero trust by securing them from the inside out.”
The inclusion highlights the flexibility and dedication of the Pathlock team as they helped clients navigate the increasingly complex security landscape throughout the pandemic. Furthermore, the award spotlights a shifted focus from business leaders on the importance of zero trust and securing sensitive data during the acceleration of digital transformation.
“The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”
