What is the scope of the news?

The leading companies in Access Governance and Application Security are joining forces to form a single market-leading company. The combined companies are:

Security Weaver
SAST Solutions
CSI Tools

The company will be known as Pathlock. Piyush Pandey will assume the role of CEO of the combined organization, with each of the merged companies founders and executives joining to help progress our roadmap and work with our customers.
